"DO THEY HAVE A TELEPHONE??"

The comment is absolutely right. The flights are brilliant, the flight staff are charming and the on board food is the best.

But the telephone systems and the Miles and Smiles is a joke. The new telephone numbers posted on the web are very special - they are all out of order not in use or discontinued - both old and new. For the Manchester number there is no answer. I want to use my points for a flight to Turkey, but there is no-one to discuss it with.

And another thing I always travel with my wife - her Miles and Smiles Account is updated for every flight and mine is not. This is even if we present our cards together at check in. Despite repeated complaints this continues to happen. Maybe I am wearing the wrong aftershave!

Come on Turkish Airlines - your flights are good, now get your backroom office sorted out.
