"Always been good, but door 'security' is doing damage"

I have been to basement numerous times. I have always enjoyed it. In my opinion, it is better than any other I have been to.

Recently however they have employed door security. I understand and accept the need for this however, I doubt very much he wouldn't just cry if he got in a fight. But my primary issue is his inappropriate behaviour. The 'man' is the campest thing I've ever met, and constantly trawls the venue making inappropriate comments and generally looking for trouble. He is doing a lot of damage to their business and I don't understand why the management don't see this and react to it. He's a contractor, ditch him and get him replaced, before he goes to far with a client. You will lose your licence because of him basement!!.
