"Missing mail"

A number of enveloped mail has not been delivered to our address. This must have happened in mid November. People have contacted us to ask why we have not replied. At least one envelope contained a cheque. I have tried telephoning Albert Road sorting office but no one answers the telephone. I have been on the website but this did not take into account my needs. I just want you to know that mail is going astray from Albert Street sorting office, some of it containing cheques.
