"Good doctors, terrible appoinment service"

The doctors service is excellent, however the appointment service is not. I have to make an appoinment on the day and if you do not get one then, I have to wait to make sure I call the next day.

When I do finally attend an appointmnet I always have to wait more than an hour. This is not good when I work and have to go in works hours, the doctor does apologise for the wait but it is every time me or my husband go. It is also frustrating becauase if I am late 5 minutes then I am told I will haev to re arrange. terrible service.
