Because our mobility is limited I contacted the shop by phone and arranged a visit the next day to measure the room and bring samples . The fitter came a few days later, removed the old carpet , moved heavy furniture,, fitted grippers, underlay, and new carpet, and tided up, all in an hour and a half.. So I'm very pleased with the service..
