"CHRISTMAS PRESENT PS4 GAME HAD NO DISC IN SEALED CASE"

When my son opened the present there was no disc in the case and as rugby is his passion it was a very key present for him. I have tried to contact Piranh Technology and only get a fax tone on the end of the phone. I have also tried to message via amazon but to no avail. I have sent one more message on amazon and expecting a return otherwise I will move on to other action now to claim my £42 which I have nothing to show for and a disapointed son..
