"Nearly 12 months down the road and still waiting for Spouses pension benefits to"

We are working for a client.

Her husband died in April 2016 and despite my letters / phone calls here we are in March 2017 .. still awaiting the pension benefits to be paid to her.

I was told by a JLT staff member that they took over the RHM scheme from Aon and working there way through things ...

I have asked for details of their complaints dept ... They don't have one .. but will just log the complaint ..

Now trying to find out who the top man in the Manchester office is !!!
