"JLT still dragging their heals over RHM CETV"

Requested CETV in November, have rung several times - nothing! Will have to pay for new CETVs for other pensions. Has anyone had any luck getting a CETV for their RHM pension? Have tried to take it further, like you, and nothing - is it time to call in the Ombudsman?
