We went into Thomas cook shop on market st Manchester on Tuesday 2nd may at 9 30 am ,one of the staff was on the phone and one had a customer so we waited then the lady on the phone finished but did nt aknowledge us ,so we waited and went to thomsons who greeted right away and got our holiday , very poor service .
