AON Hewitt were the previous administrators, very quick response, detailed information in typically a couple of weeks, now JLT administer and don't communicate, despite emailed reminders, I've waited 3 months since initial request - is there a defined service level agreement (i read somewhere there was - Pensions Ombudsman?) and who is best contact organisation to advise JLT of their obligations to respond in a reasonable time period?
