Went to Next Home today and asked a very simple question. The person who answered my question was so helpful and informative I was so impressed. He was so knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for him. People are very quick to moan nowadays but I think it is very important to praise the people who give excellent service. He was a pleasure to talk to, it was obvious he loved his job.
