A review of Medlock Vale Medical Practice by Mrs Hume written on Thursday 18th of January 2018
I had a call on 11/1/18 and also 18/1/18. After a lot of waiting to get through on 11/1 was told they would sort. Same on 18/1.
Health centre had the wrong number for patient and was calling me in SCOTLAND!! I did advise that they should check for an address and they say they have a landline number for patient. This should have been done on Friday!! I sincerely hope patient has now been contacted. I should like to know (just as a courtesy).
