A review of Lloyds Pharmacy by Anonymous written on Tuesday 27th of March 2018
Every time I have visited this chemist I have to wait for the staff to finish their personal conversations about what they watched on television the night before or to discuss their personal lives. When I am noticed, I am told there is a 30 minute waiting time. After waiting patiently, I am then informed that my prescription will have to be ordered and to come back tomorrow. I return the next day to be informed that only half my prescription has arrived and I will have to return at a later date. This happens on a regular basis and the staff are unconcerned at their lack of professionalism and are disinterested in improving their service.
