Unlovely formica cafe gives way to a fantasticly limited menu, pick your day, so pick your dish! The veg curry was frankly wonderful, the channa was nutty, spicy, and floating in a beautifully balanced spicy gravy. Star of the food show, try the veg samosa, 2 plump fresh beauties for 1.50 including salad and sauce, a true bargain.

This is neighbourhood cafe beating the crap out of any formulaic British Indian. If you can't stand the real deal, go and look for a korma or vindaloo... .
