"Lost luggage"

We travelled last thursday 1/9/11 from jeddah to manchaster via istanboul.some of the luggage did not arrive at manchester airport.we reported that at desk in luggage department at manchester airport.after one week no body have informed us if luggage is traced and ready for pickup.there was no contact information given in case we need to contact the air line.it will be very help full if some one can provide some contact information for airline..
