Receptionists are very rude and inconsiderate and it seems to me that they run this surgery and this does not work (tail wagging the dog system) if you want good treatment go elsewhere as there is only 1 doctor who cares which is Dr Cox and if you want to see him you will proberly have to wait a few week .
