"Customer care not a priority"

A review of The Kaya Practice by Healthy written on Friday 7th of February 2014

I am sorry to say that each time i have visited this surgery nothing is straight forward (luckily i dont have to go often)

the reception staff are very negative and speak to you parrot fashion

this is only my opinion but i dont think i am the only person with this opinion

may as well just join the library because that is the only advise i have ever been given.
