"Great Service!"

Just like to thank James in the O2 store in the Arndale for such good service yesterday! I thought id comment on how nice it was to have someone actually take time (staying almost an hour after he was meant to clock out) to makes sure I had the best service possible! I really appreciated it and even though there was a minor problem on my part with my card, James did everything he could to resolve it and it was resolved, hats off to you James! Thank you very much! :) .
