"Lottery Jackpot Mix Up 2000"

I would like to Inquire to a Lottery Jackpot which was won in 2000 using my family D.O.B numbers at the Ebberstone St shop.

Jit's wife processed the ticket and the machine made a jingle when my numbers were put through the machine indicating a win as that particular game was won.

I have spoken to the national lottery and there is a record of a winning ticket and all I need to prove is that the numbers were mine (they are birtdates of family memmbers) and the best action is to make a statement to the police.

I am now in the process of doing that so that it can be investigated further.

I know it seems like a long time ago but Karma has no time limits.
