A review of The Winnicott Centre by Alison Edwards written on Saturday 6th of February 2016

I came to this centre early so as to be prompt for the appoinment.

After an hour's wait and no updates as why,I went back to the reception to explain that being a working single parent,I have now wasted a day to sit in a waiting room with no reason's given and I have to return back to work.

I was told by the receptionist, hold on that she's trying to do two things at once,in a sarcastic manner and a haughty look,so I said ring me when the centre can be bothered to speak to me,and I left!

So much for caring for my chids needs! Extremely disappointed as it wasn't the receptionist I came to see,she needs some compassion and understanding..
