This is Mr. Reginald Taylor 23, Wood St. Denton. I was visited on Friday and the nurse said she was going to send a prescription to the doctors at church gate for some calivon cream for my pressure sores. You wonder why I have little faith in the service they say a lot and do nothing I rang the surgery and nothing I would be obliged if you would order the cream for me as promised.
