"Very bad experience"

I've ordered once here but never again. Ordered a tikka masala but it was so bland and tasteless and the delivery was late. The fries were cold and the naan was tough and chewy. I rang up and they said I live just outside the delivery radius so it would've been cold when it arrived. I checked Google maps while on the phone to them and told them I'm only 2.3 miles away so its well withing their radius of 3 miles. Rude staff, poor service and poor food..
