"Choking baby turned away"

My daughter lives around the corner visited the surgery in blind panic for assistance off a doctor to be turned away she is now in A& E they didn't even offer to phone an ambulance a formal complaint will be made any one that works in our surgeries work for the NHS and are supposed to be about saving lives not just collecting a pay packet.
