"Explanation of FULLY BOOKED for Mr.Dave from Bolton."

I would like to thank Mr. Dave from Bolton for posting us a copy of his review. As Mr.Dave has visited the salon before he will be aware that we are a small independant salon with only 3 stylists. As Mr. Dave was informed, his usual stylist was on holiday and for that we apologise. Our junior stylist was also off because of a family wedding.This left Olivier who is booked up for weeks in advance on Saturdays which is when Mr.Dave wanted his appointment.

May I respectfully suggest that Mr.Dave familiarizes himself with the concept of FULLY BOOKED. 'What have I done to upset these folk? Nothing. We were just fully booked.The gentleman answering Mr.Dave's call was Olivier himself and you can be rest assured that we have not stayed in business for the past 13 years by refusing people on a whim. Mr.Dave from Bolton should not have been so hasty with his petulant 'I'll go somewhere else then' as Olivier was about to ask for his details in case we had a cancellation. This is what we always do when we can't fit people.

Maybe it's not occured to Mr.Dave from Bolton that it is a physical impossibility to cut more than one person's hair at any one time. Or maybe he expected us to remove a client or delay a client just for him?
