"Very disappointed"

Our staff team use this branch every evening with the exception of the "odd" night. Saturday night....no gravy, no fillet burgers, diet and full fat drinks mixed up. One zinger burger unedible, it was tough, chewy and chucked in the box with no attention to detail, Yes it is only a burger but it wasn't worthy of giving it to your dog. Come on it is Saturday night, i know you are busy but no gravy????? get a grip we normally think your great......
