"Rude manager! Ruined hair! Please don't go there?!"

They ruined my girlfriends hair by putting the completely wrong colour on. Attempted to rectify it at first and my partner got a parking ticket as they were hours. Then the staff said to come back and booked an appointment a week later, when she returned the refused to resolve the issue and would not give a refund even tho.
