I have been following San Marco for over 30 years now. They used to be at the Royal Excange in Manchester till the IRA lifted the Marks and Spencers Building. Then they move to Poland Street M4. I had my ginormous Black Forest from them when I was 60 and then again when I was 65. And I always have my fills in between. Prior to that, I used to stock their cakes to sell in my restaurant. All I can say it is the best freshly made cakes available in Manchester..
