"A1 SERVICE WITH A1 JAP SPARES!..(WELL NEARLY!)"

Ok..like everyone else who buys secondhand parts I was sceptical as to the right part, whether it worked or whether Il have any return problems...especially when you,re buying from a salvage yard 300 miles away!

But!!..believe it or not this is what happened!.I posted on 24/7 spares I wanted a cat..10 minutes later I recieved a text saying A1 jap spares have got my part..I phoned them up and the part was delivered the next day!...but! It was the wrong part!..

Now I was kinda upset because I took the day of work to recieve the package...so I phoned up A1 jap spares and was going to ask for a refund..but they offered to send me another part the following day...and collect the first wrong order. The second part duly arrived, I had it fitted and it was ok... Now! The problem was the return of the first part!..I phoned them up and they said we'll collect it!...but a week went by and I thought they must have forgot about it so I rang them up again. I spoke to Steve who must be the boss but he said he'll arrange collection..this happened two days later.

Now service at A1 Jap spares is good, from efficient first class delivery through to after service when I got the wrong part. My only qualm was why did it take them over a week to collect the wrongly delivered part?..After all it was their part and if I didnt ring them..no doubt itl still be in my hallway!

But honestly I cant argue with that from my first ever experience with 24/7 and A1 Jap spares even though I was pretty sceptical and was prepared to go through all sorts of complaints procedure...including going to my brother who is an actual council trading standards officer if I got ripped of!...But Iv no complaints about my service and would definately use 24/7 spares and also A1 jap spares..

Because I got the part I wanted eventually and it worked and the people were helpful!..(surprisingly!)
