"Does this practice have a website?"

I find it hard to belive that I can't seem to find a website address for this practice and it appears that there isn't one! Some people find it easier to order repeat perscriptions online and then collect them from the surgery especially if you work fulltime and haven't got the time to call in with the perscription itself.I think it is totally unexceptable and this system of online access needs putting into place! I also agree that the appointment system is also unexceptable and you can ring very early in a morning to find the line engaged for anything between 15mins to half an hour,very convienent...not!.
