"Depends who you get"

Called into the EE store in the Trafford Centre at 11.30 12/3/13 to ask how to take out a memory card and swap contacts from one phone to the other. I asked a female assistant if she could help. Non verbals gave me clear impression she has NO intention of doing so. I explained what help I needed to which she replied. 'It will cost you £5'. She shrugged and I left the shop. However went back in immediately to ask another where it says any advice costs £5!! This chap was delightful. Flipped the memory card out in 1 second! He also explained how to swap the contacts.... it turned out the phone had a fault so I did need some help. He was excellent, the girl was lazy and unhelpful. .
