"Again and again...."

After having my nails done once at the tanning lounge I was very impressed! Perfect colour and shape. However, trying to get an appointment was near impossible and I was told various times and multiple times was asked to sit in a que. FINALLY a slot was free and I asked for the nails to be done exactly the same shape and colour. To my shock the nails were both bright pink and the shape completely different and I was made out to be the bad person for complaining and no waver was given. I left the shop very angry but returned where they agreed to re-paint the nails but I had to deal with the shape. 20 pound down the drain for nails I did not like and they we're not bothered. There method is both lazy and slack and there customer service is abismal. Again, I returned hoping to get the nails I had first gotten and loved. Thankfully retuning for the third time I had gotten the nails I had loved at the beginning and even payed the women an extra fiver as I was so impressed. ( this lady has now left) unknowingly I returned for the forth time and was assured to get my nails done with a different technician who was very nice but two days later after having my nails done there were cracks all over the foundations and I have just returned to the store to get them removed due to the bad quality. I was refused this free of charge and was offered for the nails to be re-painted covering the cracks as a waver. This is not good enough! Why should I pay for there mistakes. I will not return to this salon and I would say to anyone thinking of going to finish somewhere else where they can get it done right the first time! .
