"Hot Rock Dining at The Fold"

I have just had the most fantastic steak!

My local pub - The Lancashire Fold in Middleton has just started Hot Rock Dining. You get a red hot rock at the table and you control the cooking of your meat / fish to your liking. There is a good choice of steaks, duck, fish & prawns all served with veg or salad & Chips, jacket or new. The menu is really good value for money. I had fillet steak and my wife had the tuna and it cost us less than £18.00. My wife & myself have never experienced Hot Rock before and will definatly be coming back for more...
